Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Intcore LLC (“Govexy”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and other data protection laws that apply to us.
This policy covers the marketing website only. Use of the Govexy platform itself is covered by the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum published within the platform, or by your organisation’s written agreement with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us: when you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, work email, organisation, the number of sites you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically: when you visit the site, our hosting provider and the Meta Pixel (see below) receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We also store your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. This preference stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use information
We use contact information to respond to your enquiry, arrange demonstrations, prepare proposals and follow up on your interest in Govexy. This processing is based on your request, as steps taken before entering into a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We use technical and advertising data to operate and secure the site, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our advertising campaigns.
We do not sell your personal data.
Meta Pixel and cookies
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms, Inc. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, including page views, clicks on our main calls to action, and a “Lead” event when you submit the contact form. The contents of the form are not sent to Meta. Meta may combine this information with other information it holds about you, for example from your Facebook or Instagram account, and uses it under its own privacy policy.
You can control this at any time. Change your ad preferences in your Meta account settings, block or delete cookies in your browser, or use a browser or extension that blocks tracking scripts. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
Who we share information with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our website hosting and email providers, and with Meta, as described above. We may also share it with professional advisers, where required by law or by a competent authority, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business.
Some of these providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we do so only as permitted by the PDPL.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and correspondence data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and for up to 3 years after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law or you become a customer. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Data collected by Meta is kept according to Meta’s own retention policies.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, including for direct marketing, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, email info@intcore.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or with the data protection authority where you live, if its laws apply.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
